Hy guys, i'm new to this forum, i'm starting an industrial band, and i need to record guitars, bass, and vocals.
To record the guitar i plugged the guitar in my guitar effect (AX 1000 G) and then I plugged the output for phones, of the guitar effect, inside the line-in of my mp3 reader. The sound was of low volume, but quite clear.
Then i processed the recorded track with "amplitube".
Would be better if i buy a di-box, and play the guitar inside it, and plug the output of the di-box inside the line-in of the mp3 reader??
I have also an amplificator, but i want to record the clean sound to process it with amplificator simulators.
And for the vocals, can i plug my microphone inside the di-box, and record it with the mp3 reader?
