Recording Through Mackie TT-24

Hello, I was wondering what the best way to record through the Mackie tt-24 that I have. Primarily it would be used to record choral, band and orchestra concerts. Is there a way that I can digitally record it without just running a mini jack to a laptops input port?

You only want to record a stereo mix?

Why don't you just route the mix to the spdif or ADAT. You will need the corresponding input on your computer, but you could do this with a usb interface or something quite easily
