Hello,
I'm pretty new to all this stuff so I'd appreciate any help I can get. I've read a ton on digital workstations and the computer and have gotten myself lost and confused in the process. I have a year old dell computer but would be lost trying to convert it to music and dont know the first thing about its specs so dont bother asking, I wouldnt even know where to look. So that lead me into digital workstations. We have a pretty decent budget couple thousand so I'm not worried about that. I'm just worried about getting something decent that would be good for both a beginner and not be quickly disposable when I grow as a musician. The band has two guitarists, the bassist, and a drummer, with all us singing (sometimes at the same time). Were like a grunge/hard rock Beatles group (lol). Anyway I hope this helps with some ideas. At the present were not the best at our instruments but the songs and singing are pretty tight so its time we started putting it down. All we need is some good equipment that can record us all together in the studio (or garage) at the same time.
