Fuck that

I used an Epiphone Les Paul -> Vox Cambridge 15 Watt -> Shure SM58 -> Delta44 -> Behringer UB1204-Pro -> Cool Edit Pro 2.0.

Ehm and the angle was 45 degrees, pointed to the side of the speaker. I used very little gain, less than half of the gain it has. I recorded 2 guitartracks, panned them L & R..

Hey guys post your emocore songs, and tell us how you recorded them.. I guess it's useful for many

seeing as those are the only bands around here... yes guys post your emocore songs... and thanks for all the info. Ill see if i can get some results.

Someone mentioned using mid 90s Mesa amps...I believe the 1995 Dual Rectifier is "The" one. Supposed to be better than the triple recs. Whatever they did that year was different, but I guess they're hard to find.

Another amp I would suggest is the Marshall JCM 800. Pretty common amp for lots of different rock applications, but I've noticed a lot of emo/screamo/hardcore bands using them lately.

I remembered some producer mentioned stacking tons of tones using pod. Any body tried that? let me know plz.

Holy necro thread!

Why didn't you just post a new thread?
