i'm completely new to this type of stuff so please bear with me.
I have a wireless mic(Karsect KRU-2) which i connect into a behringer eurorack ub802 and then i'm playing it through a sansui amplifier.
the problem i have is that i get this noise when the microphone is on (a loud humming), if its off the speakers are quite.
What could i do to correct this, is there some sort of filter i need?

Hey Lemontree, thanks
if i play a cd through the system i have no noise, so do you think i should upgrade the mic for a starter? and if so what is a good quality wireless mic?

It could be that your gain stages are wrong and you are overdriving the mixer input.

does ti still happen when your speakers are turned mostly down?
feedback?

Is it neccesary for you to have a wireless mic? Judging by the face that I have never heard of it, I would assume that it is VHF, and therefore is picking up interference. I would go with a wired mic if at all possible.

It could also be feedback, it is hard to tell what you mean when you just describe it as "a loud humming." Does it get better when you move farther away from the speakers? (or turn them down, as suggested already?) Then it is probably feedback. If not, there is interference, or just noise due to cheap gear.
