Recording input problem with my Multimix 8 USB

hi to everyone, I'm a new member of the forum...I' ve a problem with my Multimix usb 8: my pc doesn't let me edit the input settings, it shows me a blank window where I can't click anything!.......can anyone help me?




i posted this image...on the left, there is the output window, wothout problems...on the left, there's the input window...as you can see, the OK button is unclickable and there are no objects!

I'm guessing, you're having driver issues.
I'd uninstall and re-install the drivers.

thanks for the answer Jim, but the Multimix 8 USB does not require any driver....infact windows recognized it the first time I plugged it in the usb port... :S .....................WHAT THE HELL IS THE PROBLEM?!?
