Recording from a Behringer V amp

Hello all,

just wondering if anyone can help.

Am recording through a behringer v amp since my line 6 died.

I have been told you can change settings on the vamp when you are recording from it to give it a better output sound does anyone know how to do this?

The default settings are designed for recording, unless someone turned off cabinet modeling for the patch you are trying to use. How are you trying to use it? What is your set up?

one question......do you have the manual?

If the preset you're trying to use does indeed sound bad, I'm sure that it could be tweaked to get better. I would say the most useable tweaking you can do on the V-amp is the setting for the cabinet simulation. Some of them do indeed sound pretty good, but not necessarily on the factory presets.
