recording forms

I'm starting to record some other bands besides my own stuff. I've made a few forms up on my computer, but I was wondering if there is a site where I can get recording forms. (track logs, instruments, price sheets ect.) Thanks for any help.

I use MS Excel and Word. Im not sure anybody has free forms out there. I just make my own.

Go to www.homerecordingmag.com and click on the "Hot Downloads" pull down menu on the left

At the bottom, there's a couple PDF files that might help you

I think it is more efficient to make your own. That way you can customize it to your situation.
