Recording 9' Grand Piano

I have Rode nt1-a's and wonder if anyone has used a pair of these to mic a grand piano? Any suggestions on a third mic?

I am not familiar with NT1's, but I am with recording grands.
Can you be more specific about what sound you're after?

A classic sound, a bright and direct pop/rock sound, a jazzy sound?

There are so many ways to record a grand.
 
We are recording gospel hymn and praise and worship. The artist is an excellent pianist. She really likes to play the piano agressively so I want to be careful to not create a muddy sound. She likes a semi-brite tone but not a Steinway D type tone. The piano is a Baldwin, I don't know the model yet.
