What kind of computer are you using? I would e-mail Aardvark customer support and make sure it is compatible. I've had good luck with Aardvark, but there can be issues with some computers.
What have you heard? I have a gateway desktop computer. It seems odd that it would have issues with certain computers. Is there a specific hardware issue that is associated with it?
