Recorded tracks won't play - help a newbie out?

I'm sorry for posting a question that people must have seen a million times before, but any help is sincerely appreciated. I have recorded tracks on Sonar that have played in the past, but now when I click the play button (>) the tracks don't play at all. I know tyhere must be an easy fix, but I can't seem to figure it out. My sincere thanks to anyone kind enough to help out a lost newbie.

Look in the manual under "Routing" - And make sure you're using the proper audio drivers.

Also check that the bit/sample rates match the original files.
In other words, if you recorded at 24/44.1 then set your software to that.
Plus, if your buffers are too low or too high it may not play.

Also try rebooting the machine.

Also have you got a track soloed?
