Me and 2 other friends got together to write one Sunday right before football season ;-) and decided to write something fun and try out a friends old ribbon mic. We put it in the center of the room, did a few takes to get the position right and well just put our little one take performance down. I thought it was actually pretty cool the way it turned out for only being one mic. There are some guitar lead flubs but who cares it was a blast to do!


For what it was it turned out cool.
The whole thing from writing to burning the CD couldnt have been more than like 3 hours.

 
One more thing I know I am not the best rhythm player and my timing is off! Not really looking for comments on mix (hehe since there wasnt one) just wanted to share something cool.

We had several fu&*ups took about 5 or 6 times through before we got one we could keep. There are some mistakes in there as well but that one was by far the best.
