What cables you need all depends on your equipment and what type of connectors it has.
Putting it simply, you want to connect the output from the soundcard to the input on the tape deck or audio receiver/amplifier. Look at the back of the soundcard, find out what outputs you have available to you. Line out would be good, or a speaker out if you don't see a line out. Now look at your stereo and see how your tape deck is connected. If you have a multi unit system, separate components, then see if there's an input on the amplifier that you can hook into. If there not a specific line in, the CD input should work.
The connectors are probably either RCA or mini headphone (1/8"). If you aren't sure about this, then post more details on the connectors and equipment.
Once you get everything connected, then it's like recording cassesettes from CDs or the radio. Setup the tape to record, start the source audio (play the MP3 file), start the tape recording, pause it when you are done, go onto the next MP3.
Hope this helps.
