i'm looking to get some mics,
I need a set for miking drums and a vocal/amp/instrument mic
cheap as poss, yet don't want quality for decent demos (ie. least amount of noise)
this is what i was thinking, probably stupid, let me know..
a Sm58 for my vocal/amp/inst.
set of drum mics (3 toms, snare, bass mic) which i'm sure i've seen for £100 (haven't looked into price range, so that could be way off)
would use my sm58 and a borrowed on stands to mic cymbals.
it's just for demos, how can i do better than this? are drums mics the best thing to use or should i just use sm58's??
