Recommendations for mic for acoustic guitar live gigs in the $250-$350 price range...

...I play in a bluegrass/gospel bluegrass/acoustic traditional country/folk band. It's an all acoustic band and I'm looking for a high quality mic for my Collings D-1A guitar. I have a Shure KSM-44 and Royer R-122 for recording but I'm a little hesitant to take either of them out on live gigs as they're both expensive mics.
Sooooo, I'm looking for a high quality, great sounding, live acoustic guitar mic in the general price range stated above. Rode NT-3, maybe? Wha'da'ya' think? Thanks.

All can be found arround $200 used.

Depending on volume issues, the need for being able go up close with out proximity effect, there are the tighter pattern mics, and also something like the RE20 (which does that and is at least fairly flat from off axsis as well.
Also consider some studio mic's self vibration isolation. Will you need shock mount?

I'd recommend gettin two

Audio Technica AT2020

As you need two mics to capture the sound of acoustic - one infront of the "hole" the second is placed at 12th fret.

Cheerz!
