Anyone heard of them or know where to get them? Is this something you can only get on a new guitar?

Just get regular Dunlop strap locks and hammer them into the body of your guitar. Just kidding, the only times I've seen one of those recessed is when someone doesn't use a guitar stand and the nub get's pounded into the wood, usually on cheap guitars with soft wood.

They can be had, and when I get to the shop on Friday, I will try to find out where you can get them. Try Allparts and WD, but I don't think they have them. I am pretty sure I can get them from Harris Teller, but they are wholesale only, so you would have to have a local music store order them for you.
