Reaper Tutorials

I'm a Pro Tools guy and I'm branching my teaching business out to include home recording classes. I'm seeing that a lot of people are using Reaper, so I'd like to learn as much as i could about it, so i can teach it! I fooled around with it a bit, but i'm just so used to Pro Tools that I'm kind of just wandering around in Reaper. I've been on YouTube and I've seen a few decent tutorials, but nothing that's quite what I'm looking for. Anybody have any good turorials bookmarked or is there any kind of instructional DVD?

Have you been to the Tutorials For Reaper website? If not, start at the bottom of the last page and work your way backwards. He also takes requests for tutorials. Very nice

Kenny Gioia also made a great set of REAPER tutorials for Groove3 not too long ago.

There's also the official User Guide and online forum. The forum is a GREAT place to ask for help. You can also find a link to the latest pre-releases there (REAPER v4 is currently in beta.)

Should be enough to get you started :)

Excellent! Thanks!!!!

There are quite a few Reaper vids on Youtube. You can also download the Reaper tutorial from Cockos. Be sure to get the sample files that go with it. I worked through the tutorial and applied all of the exercises to the included files. It makes everything very clear.
