Wow I just went to get a Delta 66 and Omni, starting from scratch, figured that was the weakest point (using an Audigy 2). I have an Ibanez 560, an Edirol PCR 30, and am running Sonar.
But as a guitar player, I have been thinking, "modeling"...that's new, you mean create algorithyms and stuff...from computations on the amps themselves...hummm?"...so I was gonna get a Pod XT because that was computer-based, and in my price range. And it seemed "good enough".
I went to the store I used to work at just now (late 80s to early 90s), and they punched me up in their database (I was there!), and then one of the guys I used to work with walked out. Wild.
Long story short, I got a Mesa Boogie Recto Preamp, and a TC G-Force with the money I was gonna buy on the Delta66/Omni, plus I owe them for 12 months.
I think I'm happy
I know I'm broke. I definitely don't have a good soundcard yet, but life SURE IS GREAT!!!
I just have to remember what Lydian and Locrian sound like...the G-Force is diatonic

so cool
Flat 5, Sharp 4, cool.
Ya, no Sonar here, that's giving me brainfarts, but I'll get it...eventually
Happy and broke
