Can't View DAMNIT!

Damn man...for some strange reason...i got the 'i'm blocked from visiting this site due to the firm's usage policies' message....it doesn't seem 'evil'...can someone copy the text and email it to me? I would like to read it. The links i had found a few weeks ago for compression/limiting and reverb were sooo helpful...and now that the monitors are all hooked up and groovy i have some SERIOUS work to do!
