Rate my voice + cover

Hi guys! Don't know if this was the right forum to post this on but I'm gonna give it a try. I recently finished a "mix" or whatever you call it for a cover I did on a song called "I See Fire" (originally sung by Ed Sheeran). I'd really like your opinion on it. Keep in mind I'm really new at this. It's an instrumental I downloaded online but all voices/choirs are sung by me, you get the idea.

Yeah I have to agree there.. The recording is stellar as is the singer. If that is the work of someone who is new, the rest of us need to quit.

If it is you, great job. I love that song and the harmonies are done perfectly.
 
Wow guys, thanks alot! We'll I'd like to call myself "new" since I haven't really done alot before. This isn't my first recording ever of course, but it's all recorded in my bed-room using a Blue Yeti USB-mic on garageband. I'm glad you like it! :D
 
that is insane. The vocal itself is top notch and the mix sound great to my ears.

Also it's a great song, you covered it extremely well.

Some people just have that natural talent. Most of us just need to work at it.

Here is my tip: Don't try to back door files on unwilling recipients. Fortunately my Mac put the ninja smack down on that shit.
You won't ever have to worry about me clicking anything from you ever again.
