rare heritage guitar f/s or trade

this is a prototype that the boys in kalamazoo put together and there is only one.
the guitar is beutiful and is flawless and has the heritage hardshell case.
the warrnaty is still in the case and so is the build card. it has emg active pickups, grover tuners.
and it is wired with two outputs so you can run to two amps.
the neck is awesome and it plays great.
i need to either sell it for cash or trade it for studio gear so make some offers if your interested. i need monitors mics,stands, mixer board,and im also looking to get a aardvark q10.
the guys at heritage said the guitar is priceless because it is the only one like it. the serial number is f08004 .

was thinking about selling on ebay but had problems with deadbeat bidders before.
i will tell this is a one of a kind and it is a prototype.
it has all gold hardware, and its a awesome guitar from metal to jazz.
ive just gott so many electrics and my wife said some have to go if you want more studio gear so there it is. thanks

ok i bought monitors m-audio bx-8. and i bought the new makie onyx mixer and fire wire card with the 16 channel mixer. i need mics bad condenseror sm57s or 58s or consider others.
also in need of 2 channel compressors. and maybe a good mic pre or two.
would also consider a pod pro. i called heritage and they told me the guitar is a prototype and is the only one like it and is worth around the 2000 dollar range. thanks for your interest.
