Rackmount Tuner Recommendations?

Im looking to pick up a rackmount tuner for my live guitar rig. Are there any particular models that I should check out? I will probably buy used, not looking to spend more than $150.00 .
I've seen the power conditioner/tuner combos, are they worth checking into?

Fender RT1000

I've been using it for about a year now, built solid, big display, no problems & you can pick up a new one for under $150
 
Korg DTR 1000 is another one. i used one at a gig recently . nice big display could see it in the dark on stage. it could be just over your budget but worth it.
 
I 2nd the Korg...Have used one for years live, and in the studio. You can probably find an older model (I prefer the old one anyways) for pretty cheap on ebay.
 
Looks like a good deal but I was checking reviews on Harmony central and many of them state excessive noise in a guitar rig?
