Rack mounted center section for use with a sidecar mixer

Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for a center master section that's rack mounted? The Presonus Central Station is pretty great and does what I need, and the API 7800 also is ideal except wayy out of my budget. It doesn't need to be rack mounted either.

I'm looking to take the already-summed line outputs of my sidecar mixer, run it into a rack unit that allows me to switch between a couple stereo sources. It would be great to have some echo returns in the unit also that get combined with the main 2-mix input. Then it has to have a few outputs for speakers, 2-track mixdown, digital mixdow, studio cue feed, and maybe a talkback mic and a headphone jack.

My budget is $300 roughly. I don't need something as high-end as the API but I'm also hoping to avoid something that colors that sound or immediately converts it to digital. The Presonus Central Station would be ideal except I've heard it colors that sound in a bad way. I have a neotek sidecar mixer and something about running everything into a presonus just seems like a waste of fidelity, maybe I'm wrong.
