Rack cases?

Is there much of a difference between brands of rack cases? I guess SKB is kinda the standard, but what about Gator and CNB? I've seen these on ebay a lot cheaper(I'm looking for a 6 space). Is the quality better, worse, or the same? Any recommendations?

I assume you need one for traveling?

If it's just for a studio and non mobile, I don't think quality really matters. A simple wooden box is pretty expensive. I got a raxxess 20 space for $85 from zzounds.

It you need a touring case (and I assume you do, since you mentioned skb) then I really couldn't tell you. (sorry)

If its for studio, they make a little rack stand thats like only $30.

They all make low quality and high quality. The shockmount stuff is cool, but expensive. They all are comparaable though. Just get what has the features you want for the cheapest price.
