Ok..
This is what I have..
A pc, with alot of recording programs/plugins.. cubase/cooledit/fruity.. all that jazz...the pc has some form of soundblaster in it.. with only the normal ins and outs...
also have a set of top of the line shure drum mics for micing drums, some sm57s and 58s for various stuff, instruments etc... a 48 channel mackie board....Some monitors to mix on, and several pairs of studio headphones. I also have various condenser mics for vocal apps and such.
Here's what I need to do...
Effectively.. record my 5 piece band. The main thing is drums.. I need to be able to track each mic on the drums on a seperate track. What can I get thats not very expensive.. that will do this effectively?
I have the red mr8 box.. but i don't think that will do much good trying to record drums.
