You will most certainly be missing, pitch and mod wheels and aftertouch.
You may be missing velocity sensitivity.
Other than that, any keyboard with a MIDI out will work to some extent. Especially for step recording.

The biggest thing you'll be missing are full-sized keys. Mini-keys will make it vitually useless for any real playing and will probably mess up your technique if you use it extensively.

I just want to use it in ACID to control the sounds, because without a MIDI device, I cant (I dont think).
Like so I could make that sound on the piano (the note) sound like a choir, or orchestra. I dont know what to call it. Maybe as a sampler? Dont know!

As Krakit and Tedluk indicated, yes, this keyboard will do the job, but it is is lacking in several features that you may later find important. Also, I don't think you'll be enamoured with the sounds. You may not care if you want it solely to control soft synths, but if you are interested in the sounds it generates, then $50 ain't gonna get you much

You may want a controller keyboard. Do a search on this forum for controlllers. They do not make any sounds themselves - they just generate midi data to send to the soft synth.

It will do the job. I don't particularily know this keyboard, and USB controllers are unknown beasts to me. I'm an old-fashioned midi-cable/midi ports type of guy.
