It's going to be a long night, but you can still do it.
I used to do it this way until I finally figured out how to use loop recording. Create two new tracks for each instrument you tracked. Copy and paste sections and work your crossfades on the segments. I usually make two composites for each instrument and run the second best composite about -9 db below the first one. It's not noticeable to the listener and adds fullness, and also if there are pitch issues the ear will average the two. Then you might want to bus each pair to their own single track. You'll probably still have segments, but you can fix that: double click on the last segment; shift + Enter; alt/shift/3 and this will create a single segment out of several.
Then finally when you've got everything done, and are ready to clean up your playlist, do a Save Copy In and copy all audio tracks in that location. Keep the original for archive. Then you open the copy with all audio tracks and consolidate all so you can clean up your playlists. Highlight the longest track (the one that runs the full length of the song). Then: numpad Enter (set start = 0); numpad Enter (set end). This will put a start and end arrow in the upper part of the screen -- they'll be orange. Then do the Alt/Shift/3 again. And that will make all the tracks occupy the full start to end points.
Now you can cleanup the playlist so you only have the finals. Just delete the audio segments and stuff you're not using or won't use anymore. Don't worry, you still have the full session for archive in another folder.
Caveat: Check your manual. I've only done this process a couple times.
