QUESTION FOR "FIREPOD" USERS.

o.k.. i recently bought a presonus firepod, and it has 8 inputs for mics. but what i was wondering.Is it possible to use more then 1 firepod in the same computer to get 16 inputs for mic? 2firepods at the same time, and record the same time. is it possible? anyone know? i would very much appreciate it. thanks!

Yes it is possible. The process is referred to as "daisy chaining". Just connect the 2nd Firepod to the first through a firewire cable.

yea sorry bout the cross post, it's just that i neede'd to know a.s.a.p..cause i was looking for something to record more than 8 mic's,,i neede'd 14 mic's.and now i know..so thanks for the info guys!!.
