Question about phantom power

I've read that dynamic mics + phantom power = big no no. But what if I'm connecting mics to a mixer? If the phantom power goes to all the inputs what am I supposed to do about that, or will it probably not bother my dynamic mics?

Phantom power through dynamic mics is fine, so long as all your cables are balanced with no shorts. Its called phantom power because it is 'invisible' to things that don't need it :)

Well, if I remember correctly think there might be a few really really vintage dynamics which don't like phantom power, but other than that you're absolutely fine.

Its ribbons that don't like phantom, and even saying that some of the newer ones are fine to be used with it (or even need it)...

Just about any modern mic will be unaffected by phantom power.
If you've got any vintage equipment or older design ribbon mics do a little more research to make sure. But, I'm about 99.99% certain nothing you have will be damaged by phantom power.

Yup, qft....

You could very well end up with some amount of additional noise with phantom running on dynamics - But no particular 'injury' to the coil...

Modern ribbon microphones and modern dynamic microphones have no problem with phantom power.
Using patch bays can create a problem.
Vintage ribbons are wired differently and can burn out the ribbon but vintage microphones in general are a hobby unto themselves.
There's an excellent video on the subject.
