Question about CD Architect (track splicing while mixing)

I don't know if my email went through to you or not properly, Dragon2....

I had a question regarding CD Architect... I am a DJ, and I am making 70 minutes "mixes" off of one track in Cakewalk. What I am doing is mixing for 70 straight mixes in Cakewalk off of one track... after I am finished this one track is converted into a .wav file. What I want to do is to be able to splice the .wav file up into individual tracks to my listeners can have a continual mix but be able to skip ahead to the tracks they like most. Right now when I attempt to "skip ahead" the track is merely resetted back to the beginning (because it's only one track).
Any advice and/or suggestions for purchases would be greatly appreciated. Moskus in the Cakewalk forum recommended CD Architect.

Find the point in which you want to designate the beginning of track 2.

INSERT > CD TRACK or simply press T.

Continue to repeat that process for each new song (track) in the mix.
