first of all the purpose of the mic and the soundcard are to record hip hop vocals
mic: sony f-v620
soundcard: sb audigy audio a000
i am about to purchase a pre amp. my questions are: what pre amp will work best with the microphone i have, and/or is my mic worth spending the money on a pre amp or do i need to worry about getting a new microphone first?
keep in mind this is specifically for hip hop vocals
