Quantizing with Cubase SX Through Reason

I am able to rewire reason through to Cubase fine but in Reason, as some of you might know, it is a simple task to quantize events simply by clicking one button.
In Cubase SX, when I record through Reason, Cubase rarely produces the 'notes' in the time and when I go to Cubase's quantize option it only ends up making things more off the beat than they started out.

Can anyone tell me how to use the Quantize function in Cubase SX? Is there any way to use it in the same simple way as Reason?

you have to select which rhythm you want to set as the smallest one to snap to.

should be in the manual...
