I'd like to get into some digi-eq and comps. I'v read a lot of opinions that indicate the qreat majority are not quite up to profesional quality, Waves being a typical exception, if a little on the pricey end. (I went for the L2 which is working out as a great limiter so I don't doubt the would know what they're doing in other areas.)
I want to check out the Ozone Izotope that got good mention by Craig Anderton, but I thought it was interesting that they try to model analog non-linear traits instead of trying ot be 'neutral'.
Looking for guidence, what to not waste time on.
