PZM For Kick Drum

I record, pretty much, just my band. I've used two different mics on the kick drum, a Sennheiser E602 and a Shure Beta 58. Both did a great job. But someone told me that a PZM inside the kick drum along with the Beta 58 would get a better recording.
I've never heard of that before. Has anyone else tried this or know of anyone who has?

Yes, do post your results.

I have seen drummers wear a PZM on their chest... I think Neil Peart as well.

Just don't bring 'em too high in the mix...
