Thanks bull I was wondering whose mix this was i had on my desktop. LOL

I dowloaded it earlier and never renamed it.

nice balance Tenkas.
Your mix pretty much sounds like my version of it.
Onlt difference is mine is louder because of the limiter i used on the master bus.
But i think this sounds A-ok man.

I think the snare may have clipped out here or there a couple of times Burn.

The imaging on this mix was pretty much mono with the exception of the overheads being hard panned.

But overall, considering you skill level.

Id say this sounds pretty damn good Burn.

I went and burned a disc of your mix.

I istened to it on 3 different hi-fi set ups.
A car stereo.
Three different sets of studio monitors.
I cranked the monitors up a bit and listened in the hall.


The kick drum is too loud.
The vox are a just a bit too thin.
The guits and the bass sounds fantastic NL5.

Damn, that was quick!

Thanks for the pointers, that's kinda what I was thinking....I pumped up the guits and the bass drum, and now the vocals are thin.

I'll bump the vocals up, and bump the kick down a bit.

Cool, been wanting to join in on one of these comps for a while now but have always been too late. This should be good. I dont have much in equipment but it will be good to see what i can do with the tracks. I only have wavelab and a digital home studio!! ha. I dont expect to win!!
 
Almost. I started mixing and took a break. been working on other stuff. I plan to get back into it on Monday and finish. :)

Hey, for what it's worth, I like yours the best. Sounds great. I'll listen again in the morning and I'll be a little more specific.
