PT8 Delta1010 Midisport 8x8??????????

I'd like to hook up a few 4 external instruments to Pro Tools 8. Would I be able to use all the quarter inch audio inputs & outputs in the Delta 1010 RACK, and the Midi inputs & outputs of the Midisport 8x8 so that all 4 instruments can interface with Pro Tools 8 SIMULTANEOUSLY.
