Protools LE 7.4 (MBox 2) on a Dell Notebook

Yes I click continue anyway. Should I not click continue anyway? How else will the driver be installed. That is a warning I have had to ignore whenever I have been installing protools. I will try that approach (deleting the unknown device and restarting). I had not thought of that.

Kind of starting to think I fried the MBox. Not really something worth paying to have fixed when I could get the same model off Ebay for 150 bucks probably at this point. If this doesn't work the only thing else I can think to do it either that or back track and try a different interface/software combination that might be more friendly to a hobbiest.
 
I guess it's shot. Is there any option to have something like this repaired. I assume by the time I paid the cost of have a tech even look at it I could buy a used on on e-bay and be no worse off than I was before. Is repair even an option. Are there local places in decent sized cities in the US (I live kind of near Salt Lake City), to have something like this looked at?
