protools install question

I'm gonna get a mbox in a week or so, I'm hoping to install it on 2 computers. I got 2 different pc's on 2 different ISP's. will this cause any conflict with downloading updates and other stuff?

thanks, just thought since i was installing PTs on two different computers digidesign might think one was stolen or something
