Great title - it was an excellent movie!
The bass drum suits the music.
the percussion elemnts work well - no combat.
I tried listening for the OH lean but kept getting diverted by the song.
Ace work.
Thanx Ray!
Actually, I've never seen the movie. I just always thought it was a cool phrase/title. I'm pretty sure the lyrics have little or nothing to do with the actual movie...but I wouldn't know for sure since I've never seen it.

I never heard the overhead lean issues even when they were there, but I totally trust the people that said they were there, so they must have been.
Yeah, this sounds great to me man. I got nothin' for you. Really punchy and in yer face. I am so used to making and listening to tracks that have more of a spacial, reverberated feel to them, that your tracks are always kind of jarring to me at first - being so up front and everything. It sounds good though...just different for me. Woke me right the hell up this morning, that's for sure. Always impressed particularly with the drums and background vocals - no exception here.
Thanx a lot, Heat. I actually initially was going to keep this tune even drier. I almost wanted a James Brown type production sound like "Superbad" which I keep hearing on TV in a baseball commercial lately. But, finally, I found it was a little TOO dry that way. But I'm glad it still has that "closeness" to it. I didn't want it to sound big.

Thanx Ido. I actually just got over a cold, and when I listen to this, I think I still hear it in my voice, so I'm almost tempted to re-do the vocals. But it might just be my imagination since I know I had a cold. I'll let it sit and decide later if I have to re-sing it.
So far, I sound like Jagger and Weird Al. I don't know if that's good or bad.
Splendid stuff, bro!
And no doubt inspired by the movie of the same name.....

On this one you show musical diversity and maturity, even though it still has that Rami touch to it, the usual great drums and that wonderful voice and harmonies. I honestly don't notice any technical issues but then I've never recorded live drums...
Great song!
Thanx Joey. Any compliment on my vocals coming from you is a huge compliment. Like I said, I never saw the movie, but remember hearing the title and thought it would be a great name for a tune.
