Promo CD manufacturing?

Just wondering if anyone has a good place to get 50 or 100 promo CDs done? I want full color on the CD and I want a full color cardboard promo CD insert as well for the CD to slide into. Anyone have any links?

From what I can see they do not make the card board slip cases (promo) I am looking for. Looks like they only do full CDs.

Unifiedmanufacturing.com offers custom CD packaging and promo products at very affordable prices. I used them in my last project and boy were they the friendliest bunch. Of course, quality is great as well. Check out these guys!
