Projects messed up in upgrade from 5.0 to 6.0?!

Well, it seemed like certain elements on some of my finished tracks (made in 5.0) got reset or something of the sort when I upgraded to 6.0 and opened them up in the improved program. I'm not a happy camper.

Not the overall tempos but like, say, the pitch on my bass or the number of beats in a looped sample I used.

It was a frustrating discovery.

Not really looking for any advice as I realize I can fix by spending a little time making sure they go back to where they were...but i am the only one that this has happened to?

I've experienced problem opening projects from version 4 in Acid 6. Mostly, it's the FX parameters seem to get lost in translation. The same thing happens when a projects saved in either 4 or 6 is moved to another computer and opened in the same version that saved it.

Never had any issues with tempo or time signature though.
