problems when uploading files to my computer

Got the BR-800 the other week and recorded a few songs. Whenever I connect via the USB to my laptop to use Wave converter i go the the "SKETCH" folder where the manual says the files should be and the folder is empty.......Can anyone tell me why this might be? thanks a lot
 
That is probably the program default folder, but you may have a different folder set somewhere else. Or sometimes it will up/download to the last folder set. Find where the files are by searching and either move the files to the Sketch folder or set the folder being used as the program default - if you're able to do that.
