Problem with EZDrummer and Reaper

Ok, so I bought EZDrummer, and I love it. So I bought two of the EZX extensions as well (Vintage Rock and Latin Percussion).

I'm having two problems:

1) Sometimes, on the screen, the drums are invisible, or the screen is only half open. It still works when I use my MIDI controller, and I can still "play" the invisible drums when I click on the screen. But it makes changing sounds on the interface (i.e., changing snare sounds) a bit tough. This problem is usually fixed by closing the Reaper FX window and re-opening, so I've decided to let this go for now. (I did uninstall and re-install, and I'm still getting the same thing.)

2) This is the big one. A few days later, I came back to play with it some more, and it's telling me that it's not authorized, even though I've already authorized it. And now it's rejecting my authorization codes! WTF?

I have an email into tech support with Toontrack, but I was just wondering if anyone else was having this issue. My copy of Reaper is not authorized yet. I've been planning to do it, but I haven't gotten around to it. The authorization issue in EZDrummer couldn't be related to that could it?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't know if it's still this way, but the original licensing scheme had you select whether or not you would be online when using EZDrummer.

If you selected "online" and then went offline the license would get screwy.

If you go to the Toontrack site and they have your cookie they have a page that shows the products you have purchased and the authorization codes they assigned to your copy. Otherwise you have to log in to view the page.

Hmmm ... interesting. I don't remember seeing that option, but it could have been there. What a silly thing to do. I'll have to check it out.

Thanks
