Problem with BR1600CD tempo map

I have run into this problem now twice. I figured I just did something stupid the first time, but now I think it's a bug. I have a tempo map that has many changes throughout the song. I think the total is about 44 or so. It all works fine, until it reaches measure 100, at which point the tempo changes are ignored. Anyone else experienced this problem?

I did confirm with Roland today that this bug exists. They have a patch that will supposedly be available on the website soon
