Problem to conect 2488neo to Pc Windows 7

I have a problem when i open USB port in my Tascam 2488neo it's recognize but can't access and exchange files. and i have this information "INCORRECT PARAMETERS"
cAN ANYONE HALPME WITH THIS PROBLEM?
