When I import a video in Pro Tools it goes slow. I went on the digidesign website and it says that thats because I'm in "picon view". It says I need to switch to "blocks view". How do I do this?

I had a rather lengthy explaination, but because there are "too many people on the server" it went off into oblivion when I tried to post.......
Anyway, the long and the short of it: look in the drop-down menu where you see "waveform, volume, mute..." for each track in the Edit window. One of the choices should be "blocks".
Try that... I think thats what you need
