Pro Tools + Guitar Rig 5 error?

I don't use PT often, but I opened an older surf rock song I recorded in Pro Tools Express 10.3.4, but Guitar Rig 5 isn't working and has an error. Supposedly it has "insufficient resources."

I've researched on google and can't find the answer. I took some screenshots of screens that may help.

Note:
Guitar Rig 5 is legit copy and up to date.
Guitar Rig 5 works fine in Ableton, but apparently not PT anymore.
I have restarted the computer and only opened PT.
This file was built on this same computer and I believe I have opened it in this same version of PT before.

Hi,
Does it just fail as pictured or will it also fail if you try to insert a new instance of Guitar Rig?

Do you have the Protools preference trasher app?
I'd run it first.
