pro tools back up

Greetings,

I would like to back up my Pro Tools files and all of the audio tracks associated with them. If I open a .ptf file in someone else's computer would I have my whole song and all of its audio tracks?

as long as you drag the audio and fade files folders along with it
the ptf file doesn't contain any audio information
