What the best way or program to humanize a drum track? I tried many things and either it doesn't sound like it did anything, or it messes it up so bad, I can't use it. What's the best way or is it better to not humanize it?

I don't Know if my way is the best way...

Timing - bump things around a couple ticks in piano roll view.
Velocity - changing velocities, adding accents on the beat, are very important.

There is no easy way to get great results. you have to loop a couple measures at a time and make your changes manually. If you trust a program to humanize, it's not humanized at all, just randomized.

I could be wrong, there might something decent out there to automate.

The mix is'nt great, but here's some examples of my manually programed drums (minus toms).

don't listen to the mix, or worry about the sound of the drums, just the expression on them, every hit was entered by hand, not looped. (I'm no mix master)

oh, if anyone listens and wants to comment on anyting other than drum programming....

So I should right click and select slide. Then check ticks and move about 2? Everything or just certain parts should be slid? I should also make the velocity of the notes different, with import beats getting hit harder, but they should all be the same?

Another thing, on Victim of Death, what did you use for drums, Cakewalk and SoundFonts? They sound cool! Mine still kinda suck.

No, with the pattern playing, drop your notes and nudge them around until they have a natural sound. for fills I think about how the stick would bounce. if you can simulate a bouncing stick, your on your way!

I use homemade sound fonts, that's not really a great sounding set. I've made much better since then, my technique for making them is getting better. Oh, and it's better to have at least 2 of each sample so they can overlap or be cut shorter when neccesary. I use many more than 2 :) .
