Which workstation would be your first choice?
1. Yamaha Motif
2. Korg Triton

Take in consideration and comparison of price, sound quality, number of sounds, options, expandability, ease of use, and samplers.....

eh....

Triton...I have the trinity and I love the sound's on it...the next step would be the triton...I just like the quality of the sound...depending on how good you can play...you can make the triton/trinity sound like a real person playing a real instrument...

i hate the triton sounds and the sampler is poor.. so motif for me.. much mo' power

Hey, sorry to bring this up but I used the Roland Fantom over the weekend and it is amazing. I like the Triton, but since everyone has one all the sounds are be recycled. The Fantom had some the best sounding drums I have ever heard on any workstation. On top of that it is expandable with Roland expansion cards. It has a really nice graphic sequencer display to edit your sequences, the only down side to it is that it doesn't have a sampler like the Triton or Motif. But if you already have a sampler go with the Fantom. - Peace
